I've certainly found the A-Plant Apprenticeship offers new and exciting challenges each and every day. Regardless of what you're doing or which part of the plant you're working in, there is always an opportunity to learn something new, which makes the job very interesting and so much more rewarding.

The first thing that surprised me was how big and diverse A-Plant is. There are great opportunities here and I know people in management roles who started out as apprentices themselves. The job itself is interesting too – there’s plenty of variety and always something different to do.
